1.1 R&B Tea (together “R&B Tea”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) knows how important privacy is to our partners and their employees, customers, and partners, and we strive to be clear about how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) of Singapore. This Privacy Policy provides an overview of our information practices with respect to personal information collected through our website, social media, third-party vendors, or other services that link or refer to this Privacy Policy.

By providing personal data with R&B Tea, you are deemed to consent to the above purposes. If you have provided to us any third party’s personal data, you shall be deemed to have obtained that party’s consent for the relevant purpose of providing the personal data to us.

We may transfer, store, process and/or deal with your personal data outside Singapore but only for the purpose of protecting, and making that data available to you. In doing so, we will comply with the PDPA and other applicable data protection and privacy laws.

5.1 We may store Personal Data itself or such information may be stored by third parties. We take what we believe to be reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data collected via R&B Tea from loss, misuse, unauthorised use, access, inadvertent disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no network, server, database or Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error-free.

6.1 We retain information about you only for so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted under any contract or by applicable law.
